The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a business trip. The staff were helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with plenty of local restaurants nearby for a taste of the local cuisine. The gym was well equipped and allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine during my stay.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with some dishes lacking in flavor. The pool was smaller than expected, not great for swimming laps.

They provided outstanding service and showed us great hospitality throughout our stay. The housekeeping went above and beyond by changing the pillowcase and sheet when my daughter accidentally spilled her thai tea. Additionally, the location of this place was superb! It was conveniently located next to the old neighborhood, near the train station, and close to the city center. We loved being able to explore the local food scene and easily access nearby convenience stores, gas stations, and ATMs.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the lighting in the room hallways being a bit dim and not enough luxury facilities to enjoy.

Spending my Christmas here was a great decision. the Christmas decorations were spot on, creating the perfect festive atmosphere.
